  5. Predict: Run Flight Risk, Headcount Forecast and Pay Equity modules for workforce decision support.
  6. Explore: Allow users to build custom aggregate tables and chart options without coding.
  7. Ask: Use Local AI for offline data questions, with optional Groq AI for hosted server deployments.
  8. Act: Export CSV outputs such as the active dataset or risk queue.

Flight Risk

Combines department attrition history, performance, tenure, salary position and role level into interpretable risk tiers for action queues.

Headcount Forecast

Uses historical monthly headcount by department to project near-term staffing direction and trend impact.

Pay Equity

Reviews salary differences across gender, department and job level, surfacing controlled-gap style indicators for leadership review.

Auto Analytics

Applies rule-based chart and insight generation so any compatible dataframe can become a dashboard quickly.

Local AI

Uses deterministic intent and column matching to answer HR questions without sending data to external services.

Cloudflare adaptation

Converts server-side analytics into a static browser demo for portfolio review while preserving the analytics workflow inside a static Cloudflare-safe experience.
